Begin your sacred journey early morning from Amritsar by road. Drive through scenic highways via Pathankot and Udhampur to reach Katra, the base town for the Vaishno Devi shrine. On arrival, check into your hotel and relax. In the evening, you can explore the local market or collect your Yatra Slip from the Yatra Registration Counter. Day 2: Vaishno Devi Darshan (Trek – 13 km one way)

Early morning, begin your 13 km uphill trek to Mata Vaishno Devi Temple. You can walk, hire a pony, or take services like palki or battery car up to the Bhawan. En route, pay respects at Banganga, Charan Paduka, and Adhkuwari – significant points in the holy journey. After darshan of Mata Vaishno Devi, begin the return trek to Katra. Reach by evening or night, depending on pace. Dinner and overnight stay in Katra.

Day 3: Katra to Amritsar – Return Journey (Approx. 7–8 hours)
